A man apparently offering legal advice despite not being qualified to do so has attempted to intimidate and harass court officials, solicitors and members of the judiciary, a senior judge has said.
Patrick McGreal (45) seemed to be “engaged in a wholly unjustified crusade against the legal system and its personnel” or else was seeking attention for himself and his political views, High Court judge Mr Justice Brian Cregan said.
