Since its inception in 1963, the annual Wexford Drama Festival has been a vibrant celebration of the theatrical arts, as well as a step on the journey to All-Ireland success and this year proved no different.
Bridge Drama celebrated their incredibly successful run with a sixth win at the festival at the National Opera House. The Castlebridge group were absolutely thrilled to finish their marathon tour of Ireland on home soil with Things I Know To Be True, by Andrew Bovell and directed by Susan Somers, with the added bonus of winning first place.
