We are all familiar with the nightcap – a strong, stiff beverage that either rounds the night off nicely, or leaves you waking the following morning full of regrets and a half-eaten spice bag under your pillow.
But after centuries of ‘one more for the road’, a rival could be on the horizon – the daycap.
