We walked out the front door of Bord Bia over a month ago after a 28-day sit-in – possibly the longest occupation of a Government building in the history of the State.

Since then, the world has moved on at pace. The escalation of war in the Middle East and its impact on oil prices has triggered fresh concerns around energy, fertiliser costs and the very real prospect of another spike in inflation.
