An assessment of quotes received for this coming week sees the general trend as being steady, with signs that prices may be getting a shade stronger for some sellers.
I mentioned last week that some plants were paying an extra 10c-20c/kg to loyal suppliers whose stock ticked all the quality, carcass weight and age boxes, and that continues to be the case, especially in the south and south east.
