Twenty years ago, Paul O’Shea launched a consultancy firm from the box room of his family’s home in Ashford, Co Wicklow. Armed with Australian experience, and a raft of connections from his days playing in local GAA clubs, he left his senior role at a major construction company and set sail for the entrepreneurship.
From those humble beginnings, the business has grown to serve a suite of longstanding clients, including multinational tech-companies Google, X and Microsoft, and it has this year announced significant expansion into Europe, coupled with growth in its senior management team and playing a role in Echelon’s new Arklow data centre, which broke ground in October.
