Molly Smith and her fiancé Tom Clare have revealed their secrets to getting in shape ahead of their summer wedding, after they showed off their matching Louis Vuitton bags while leaving a Barry’s gym class in Manchester on Friday.

The couple, who won Love Island: All Stars two years ago and have been deep in preparations for their summer 2026 wedding, looked in great spirits as they exited the class together after working up a sweat.

Speaking to Daily Mail, Tom shared that he’s on a ‘shred’ to get in shape ahead of his stag do in Vegas, while Molly said they’re both going to adopt a ‘clean’ diet in the lead-up to their big day.

Tom said: ‘For me it’s just making sure I keep playing football, doing lots of cardio and just eating clean.

‘The stag is approaching so I am on a bit of a shred for that, I think all my mates who are coming are! We all want to look our best in Vegas.’

Molly added: ‘I’d say I’m making sure to get my workouts done wherever I am. If I’m in London for example, we try and do a class there or use the hotel gym.

‘Both of us are going to eat clean in the run up too, but for me I never really strict diet I think it’s more about just making healthier choices and not pressuring myself too much! I’ve been trailing new skincare products too recently to see what works best so that hopefully my skin is in the best condition for the wedding glam!’

For the workout session, Molly, 31, cut a sporty figure in a black zip-up jacket and form-fitting shorts, which showcased her toned legs.

To complete her look, Molly sported white gym socks and vibrant orange trainers, toting her essentials in a beige Louis Vuitton keepall bag.

Meanwhile, Tom showed off his muscly physique in a black sleeveless vest and matching gym shorts, smiling for the cameras as he strolled alongside Molly.

Matching Molly, the former Love Island star toted his essentials in a classic Louis Vuitton keepall, completing his look with chunky white-and-black trainers.

Their outing comes after Molly revealed that her dad was left in tears when fiancé,Tom, asked for permission to marry her during a family barbecue at their home.

Speaking on their new podcast, NearlyWeds, after taking over Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo‘s wedding podcast, Tom explained: ‘When I asked your dad, that I wanted to take your hand in marriage, we were at our family barbecue.

‘Your family were there and my family was there. But because we were going away I was like this is the time I need to ask your dad.

‘And I said, “John will you just come have a look at this in the garage for me?” And he was like straight up because he likes to help.

‘And then I pulled him in. I was like, “Oh, John, like obviously me and Mo are going away.” And I really want to ask her to to marry me. Obviously, I wanted to ask you for for permission first.

‘And then he teared up. He he did tear up and then gave me a big hug, which I thought was really really nice.’

Molly added: ‘It’s quite reassuring isn’t it’.

It comes after Molly and Tom told Daily Mail last month they remain torn between France and Spain for their special day, have yet to visit their shortlisted venues, and the bride hasn’t even tried on a wedding dress.

The pressure of organising one of the most important days of their lives in such a short space of time is not lost on Molly, who admits she is beginning to ‘panic’ as the countdown continues.

She told the Daily Mail: ‘That’s why it’s stressful because I have a countdown on my phone saying how long it is until the wedding, and I’m starting to have mini panic attacks every morning when it’s flagging.’

In an exclusive interview, the couple revealed they have narrowed their search to two venues, but are struggling to make the final call.

Molly said: ‘We have narrowed it down between two venues – we are getting there; we just have to make the final decision.

‘You have to go out and see them and get a feel for them and that’s what we were waiting for – the vibes, it’s all good when you see pictures but until you’re there, you can’t get a good feel for it.

‘Sometimes people plan their wedding for a year or two years, but we will have this all to look back on. It is doable, you can do it, and you don’t necessarily have to wait; there are ways of doing it. We just wanted to get married.’

Tom added: ‘We are having our wedding abroad, but we’re still in two minds at the moment. We don’t have long to make a decision. It’s between Spain and France.

‘It has to make sense for our family members, we want everyone who we want to be there, we don’t want to go somewhere that’s crazy expensive. It has to be perfect. I want to make sure everyone can get there and it’s not stressful. It is hard right now, cramming it all in.’

But Molly and Tom, who insist it was love at first sight when they met in South Africa two years ago, say they are tackling the wedding plans as a team.

For many brides, shopping for a wedding gown and finally saying yes to the dress is one of the most exciting milestones of the entire process.

But Molly has yet to book a single bridal appointment and admits she is already ‘dreading’ the possibility of not finding the dress of her dreams.

She said: ‘I have been screenshotting things off Instagram, and I’m going to start making appointments. It’s hard because we don’t know the venue yet, so I don’t have a vision or the vibe.

‘I am not looking forward to it. I am nervous. That’s the one thing I’ll be honest; I’m not looking forward to it. It’s out of the ordinary and there’s the dread of not finding one I like.’

Tom and Molly won the All Stars series of Love Island in 2024 and have been one of the only couples to stand the test of time from the spin-off series.

Molly was a bombshell arrival, to the shock of her ex-boyfriend Callum, who she met filming the winter addition of the show in 2020.

Viewers became invested in the possibility of Molly and Callum rekindling their three-year relationship, but the fitness model pursued her romantic connection with Tom instead.

Callum and Eve split weeks after the show finished amid reporters he cheated with another woman, which Callum insisted was untrue because the couple had already separated.

Since winning All Stars, Molly has secured several lucrative deals including with clothing retailer boohoo, US fitness supplement Alani Nu, jewellery brand Abbott Lyon and global makeup giants L’Oréal Paris and Maybelline.

Speaking to the Daily Mail last year, Molly said: ‘You know sometimes when you think, ‘Is this too good to be true?’ I don’t like jinxing things but right now I can’t fault our relationship.

‘Moving in together is the next step, we are practically living together as is… we just haven’t made it official yet.’
