The consumer watchdog has ordered Rathwood Home and Garden World to refund customers who cancelled their orders after their goods were not delivered.

Rathwood, an Irish family-owned home and garden retailer, located just outside Tullow in Co Carlow, was investigated by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) after complaints were made that the company had not properly refunded customers who cancelled orders when their goods were not delivered.
