The Tivoli Space Open Call is an opportunity offered by Staycity Group for not-for-profit groups, collectives, arts organisations, and community-focused organisations to propose creative, cultural and community uses for a 353 m² heavily subsidised white-box internal space located at Staycity Aparthotels, Francis Street, Dublin 8.

The site is located on the historic site of the Tivoli Theatre on Francis Street, Dublin 8. The space includes a generous office area, kitchen, three WCs (one fully accessible), additional storage, and access to a temporary loading bay. It is climate-controlled with acoustic baffling and vinyl flooring, and can accommodate up to 200 people. Own-door access is provided, with availability seven days a week, approximately 8am–10pm. A shared external courtyard may also be available. The opportunity is offered on a three-year licence with an 18-month review, at a heavily subsidised rent.

Suitable activities include exhibitions, installations, visual arts and crafts, theatre, music, dance and performance, workshops, classes, talks and seminars, markets, public gatherings, community events, rehearsals, and experimental or multidisciplinary work. A combination of uses is encouraged.

To be eligible, applicants must be a not-for-profit or charitable organisation, group or collective operating in Ireland. Proposals must demonstrate inclusive, publicly accessible programming, a balance of creative, cultural and community activity, and sustainable funding sources. Joint applications are welcome where eligibility criteria are met.

Applications must be submitted via the online application form. Stage 1 deadline is 11.59pm on Sunday 17 May 2026, with shortlisting to follow. Stage 2 presentations are scheduled for mid-June, and a final selection will be made in mid-to-late June 2026.
