A judge has found in favour of a local businessman seeking unpaid rent from an Irish fast-food chain.
The Irish Times reports the case involved €124,502, plus interest, for a premises on High Street, Kilkenny owned by Richard Duggan which was leased by SuperMacs.
Following a three-day hearing at the High Court, Judge Seán Gillane called the conduct of company owner Pat McDonagh “less than satisfactory”.
