‘The House Must Win’ Review: Chat-show host appears alongside stellar cast in Mick Flannery’s wonderful show

The burning question of whether Tommy Tiernan can sing was answered at the world premiere of The House Must Win in the Pavilion Theatre, Dún Laoghaire, on Friday night.
Cork singer-songwriter Mick Flannery, who wrote the script and music and produced the show, had confessed in an interview with this newspaper last month that he hadn’t heard him sing when he cast the chatshow host in his very first musical.
