The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney has signed up to Al Porter’s Christmas panto.
The 68-year-old retired prison officer became a household name for playing the role of a traitor on the hit RTÉ show.
Now, the Limerick native is set to appear in the Christmas pantomime, Olly Goes to Oz, which is written and directed by comedian Al Porter and Fair City actor Ryan Andrews.
Sharing a photo of a smiling Paudie on Instagram, Al Porter wrote: “Is he faithful… or a traitor?

“Paudie from The Traitors is joining the 3Olympia Panto as The Wizard of Oz!
“Catch him on the big screen in Olly Goes to Oz this Christmas – it’s going to be wickedly funny!”
The news that Paudie is joining the panto had fans swarming to the comment section with excitement.
2FM host Laura Fox commented: “Take my money!!!!!!”
One follower wrote: “Whoever thought of this needs a raise.”
Amilia said: “Who is responsible for this GIFT! Genius!!!”
Catherine remarked: “Brilliant. Well done Paudie.”
The panto will be showing at the 3Olympia Theatre in Dame Street, Dublin, from December 19, 2025 until January 4, 2026.
The panto also features an all-star cast, including Andrews, Porter, Fair City’s Maclean Burke, RTÉ star James Patrice, singer Rob Vickers, influencer Erin McGregor, Michaela O’Neill, Zoe Talbot and Alison Dennan.
Tickets, priced from €25.40 including booking fee and €1.50 restoration levy, are available to purchase now on Ticketmaster.
