Limekiln House, the large office building which houses Zurich Insurance in Kerlogue Business Park on the Rosslare Road in Wexford, has been listed for sale, pitched as “a high profile regional investment, let to a blue chip tenant”.
The first, second and third floors of the imposing building have been listed for sale by Robbie Coakley of TWM Property, carrying a significant asking price of €5.9 million.
