The new Samsung comes with free Galaxy Buds3 Pro.

Samsung has launched a new addition to its Galaxy smartphone range with a budget-friendly model that comes with a free gift worth almost £220. On Friday (April 10), the South Korean tech giant released the Samsung Galaxy A57.

It’s designed to make the brand’s latest AI innovations and performance capabilities accessible for even more people at an affordable monthly cost of £17. This works out at roughly 54p per day across a 31-day month.

When ordering the device from Sky Mobile, customers will also receive a set of free Galaxy Buds3 Pro worth £219 with their order. Samsung fans have been snapping up the deal since it launched on Friday, with Sky highlighting the Galaxy A57 as ‘in demand’.

The handset comes in a choice of four glossy colours: Awesome Lavender, Awesome Charcoal, Awesome Greygreen and Awesome White. The deal also includes 100MB of 5G data, but heavier users can upgrade to a larger allowance should they need more.

One caveat with the Sky Galaxy A57 deal is that it requires a £12 upfront cost and for customers to sign up for a 36-month contract. This also comes with an option to swap to a new phone from 24 months at no extra cost.

These combine to snap crystal vivid images and videos both day and night. The A57’s battery is said to last for up to two days on a single charge, with Super Fast Charging 2.0 able to provide a 60% charge in 30 minutes.

All this is housed within a slim frame that’s only 6.9mm thin yet strengthened with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ and IP68 dust and water resistance. Samsung says it will also provide six generations of OS upgrades and long-term security support,
