Plans have been lodged for a 99-home development at Kilbride in Arklow that includes houses, triplex apartments, a temporary creche and 19 proposed Part V homes.
Submitted by Lowick Homes, the application seeks permission for 22 one-bed apartments, six two-bed apartments, 41 three-bed houses and 30 four-bed houses, in buildings ranging from one to three storeys on a greenfield site.
