A notice has been placed on the Classic Movieplex building in Listowel detailing plans to demolish the former cinema and construct an apartment block on its site.
The notice outlines that Solomon Property Ltd, a company based in Cork, intend to apply for permission to demolish the 695sqm vacant Movieplex on upper William Street and change the use of the site from cinema to residential.
