We’re in Liverpool for week 12 and Webby reckons Luke Littler will thrive in a hostile atmosphere.
We’ve got more Premier League Darts action to get stuck into as week 12 takes place in Liverpool.
Jonny Clayton still sits at the top of the table ahead of Luke Littler with Gerwyn Price and Michael van Gerwen making up the top four.
Who will come out on top on Thursday evening? Former flinger and Sky Sports pundit Mark Webster is a tad excited for another fascinating round of action, and he got picks for every match. Let’s get Webby’s fancies.

19:15: van Veen v Price – Price to win
We’re getting into the business end now and it’s time for players to step up, especially those outside of the top four! It could be a pivotal night in Liverpool.
First up is Gian van Veen v Gerwyn Price and I can see this being pretty one sided in favour of the latter. I like what I’m seeing from Price and he won the Euro Tour on the weekend.
He’s been spot on in terms of his attitude and he’s been focusing on the task at hand. He’ll be full of confidence and he needs more points to confirm his place in the top four. I can see Price winning the opener on Thursday.
19:45: Bunting v Clayton – Clayton to win
Next up is Stephen Bunting v Jonny Clayton. The latter is free rolling isn’t he! He’s in the playoffs now and no one has failed to make it after getting 29 points.
It was a big week for Clayton last week. He didn’t play his best stuff but he dug deep and found a way to win. This could be a similar situation and I can see him getting the job done.
Bunting is at the point where he needs night wins as points aren’t going to do it for him. There could be a fair few 180s in this one but I’m on Clayton to win as he’s in a much better state of play compared to Bunting.
20:15: Rock v van Gerwen – mvG win, most 180s & highest checkout
This is another huge game for both Josh Rock and Michael van Gerwen. It didn’t happen once again for Van Gerwen in Rotterdam last week as he was blown away by Clayton. He seems to freeze in front of his home crowd.
This will feel like a clean slate in Liverpool and I’m expecting him to put on a big performance. I ca see him pulling off the match treble so I’m with Van Gerwen to win, hit the most 180s & have the highest checkout.
20:45: Humphries v Littler – Littler to win
Luke Humphries and Luke Littler bounce off each other and they’re out last on Thursday night.
Humphries is only three points off the playoffs but he needs to get going as soon as possible. He can’t keep going further adrift. The performance levels have been there but every mistake he seems to make is getting punished.
I can’t keep banging Humphries’ drum as I’ve been saying he’ll win a night for weeks now!
Littler’s going to be fired up. As a Manchester United fan he’s in enemy territory isn’t he! He likes to wind up the crowd in Liverpool and he enjoys the occasion.
Hopefully it’ll be a thriller and I can see both players averaging around a ton. Ultimately, I can see Litter winning and getting past his fellow Luke.
Premier League Darts week 12 winner
Luke Littler
Littler was close last week and he will thrive in the atmosphere in Liverpool. I can see him being on the wind up but he’ll also bring his A-game.
