When Jodi Cahill opened her fish shop on Main Street in Listowel, a personal dream became reality. ‘Catch of the Day’ was quickly a fixture in the north Kerry town, establishing itself as the business of a lifetime for Jodi.
But winds of change are an ever-present reality facing small retailers and 16 years later, Jodi has made the crushing decision to close.
