The rate of handover of rooms from the contractor for the National Children’s Hospital has declined recently, the Dáil spending watchdog will be told today, sparking fears of further delays to the opening.
Hospital contractor BAM admitted last month it was not going to meet its 18th deadline of completion of today, April 30.
