A practising dentist, who was granted refugee status in Ireland, broke his neighbour’s nose amid a long-running dispute about noise, a court has heard.
Judge Orla Crowe heard how Lutfi Hamuda (53) of Inchicore Road, Dublin 8, assaulted his upstairs neighbour in the summer of 2021, outside his former address also in Dublin 8.
