Community is demanding the Government halt the residents relocation

The community in Cahersiveen has vowed to do everything they can to stop the planned relocation of almost 200 asylum seekers from the town of Cahersiveen.
The group of internaional protection applicants have been living in the Skellig Star Hotel for two years and from Syria, Nigeria, Somalia, Bangledesh and Palestine among other countries. They account for 20% of the population of approximately 1,000 people who live there.
