Mother was discovered by her partner in family bathroom at home

A woman who was found dead with her newborn baby is believed to have suffered catastrophic complications during birth.
The woman, who has not been named, and the baby, were discovered by her partner in one of the bathrooms of their home in a housing estate in Carrick-on-Suir, Co Tipperary, at lunchtime on Friday. The couple have other children.
