The Kerry Under-20 football team has suffered a monumental blow with the highly influential Killian Dennehy ruled out of Wednesday’s Dalata Hotel Group All-Ireland U-20 Football Championship semi-final against Roscommon at Semple Stadium in Thurles (7.30pm).
The versatile Cordal player has been battling a lingering health issue throughout the competition, and while he managed to produce a man-of-the-match performance in the provincial decider, he isn’t available for the trip to Thurles.
