A Florida court has rejected efforts by New York lawyer Michael Griffith to prevent his multi-million dollar case against Cork restaurateur Patricia Toscano from being dismissed.
The former romantic partners spectacularly fell out over the sale of a $16m (€14m) mansion in Miami.
