Dublin manager Niall Ó Ceallacháin has made three changes to the team for Saturday’s Leinster SHC final against Galway, with veteran Liam Rushe named to start on the half-back line.
Rushe, who returned to the Dubs fold in the spring after four years away, has been handed the No 6 jersey, this after been a late withdrawal against Kilkenny a fortnight ago.
Eoghan O’Donnell also did not start against Cats after he was initially named in the XV, but he’s in from the start for this Bob O’Keeffe Cup decider and will occupy the corner-back berth.
The other change sees Darragh Power line out on the half-forward line, with John Bellew, Conor McHugh and David Purcell the players to make way.
Dublin are seeking a first Leinster crown since 2013, a day when they impressively lowered the Tribesmen’s colours at GAA HQ.
