Hundreds of people queued from early morning to be the first in the door of Popeyes’ first Irish restaurant.

The New Orleans-born chicken brand is now open at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.

The first three customers through the door queued 24 hours in advance and are now going to be treated to free Chicken Sandwiches for life.
