Fitzy’s time to shine split viewers’ opinions
Friday night’s episode of Love Island followed the aftermath of Thursday’s hectic ending.
Fitzy and his partner Lola came away from last night’s crazy ending unscathed.
Overall the episode featured very little of the Bearna clubman, however he did get his moment to shine during the Truth Or Dare challenge.
Fitzy was dared to give a lap dance to an islander of his choice and he of course chose Lola.
The 25-year-old gave it his all, whipping his top off, straddling Lola and even picking her up to kiss her.
The move divided viewers with some finding it “cringe.”
One viewer on X said: “I just don’t find this Sean and Lola ship interesting at all , that lap dance was cringe.”
Another posted: “Fitzy has been waiting to do that.”
One impressed viewer said: “Sorry Sean, I was not familiar with your game.”
The big moment of Friday’s episode was Victoria and Ope being dumped from the villa after the rest of the cast voted them as the weakest couple.
Tonight’s action follows the news that one of Sean’s exes could enter the villa as a bombshell.
Goss.ie have reported that an ex-girlfriend of his has been “in talks” with producers on entering the villa.
The showbiz outlet have reported that ITV producers are looking for ways to shake things up after Sean and Lola became an official couple just a few days into the show.
According to reports, Fitzy’s ex has yet to agree to enter the villa.
Thursday night’s episode of Love Island got off to a frantic start following Wednesday’s cliffhanger end.
Wednesday’s action ended with bombshell Simba kissing Angelista which did not go down well with Ope.
Thursday’s episode picked up in the immediate aftermath which involved plenty of tense discussions and Fitzy was there to witness it all.
The main focus was on Ope and Simba who were rowing over the kiss with Angelista.
Trying to explain the situation, Simba said: “It’s not even a looks thing, I just vibe with her more.”
To this Ope replied: “Of course it’s not looks bro I’m 10/10.”
The cameras picked up Fitzy laughing at Ope’s comment and fans were quick to draw attention to his reaction.
One viewer said: “fitzy laughing at ope calling himself 10/10, he is MESSYYYYY.”
Sean and his partner Lola are currently tipped as the favourites to win outright.
The pair became an official couple on Tuesday night’s episode and on Wednesday night the recoupled with Sean wowing viewers with his heartfelt speech.
Grosvenor Sport have tipped the pair to go the distance.
