Cork model Áine May Kennedy is engaged to Tottenham Hotspur star Conor Gallagher. The Premier League star popped the question in a stunning sunset proposal in Spain last week.
Sharing photos of the magical moment he got down on one knee, Conor took to Instagram, writing: “Here’s to forever.” The fairytale proposal was at the luxury La Residencia resort hotel in Mallorca, a 5-star mountainside retreat part of the exclusive Belmond collection.

The private proposal was set at the hotel’s ‘Mirador’ patio, which the hotel boasts is one of the most romantic spots on the island. The secluded space boasts a famous viewpoint, “surrounded by ancient olive trees,” with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean – ideal for private dinners, proposals, and other intimate moments.
Glenville native Áine, 29, shared a gorgeous video of the special moment. She used Elton John’s track Can You Feel The Love Tonight and added a touching caption: “In every lifetime.” She wore a beautiful, flowing pink gown as she showed off the sparkling engagement ring.

Social media influencer Ainé, who works as a dancer and model, has been dating 26-year-old Conor since 2018 and is regularly spotted supporting her England footballer beau on the sidelines. The Cork woman has stayed true to her roots and previously brought Conor to Croke Park to watch Cork play in the All-Ireland hurling final.
The happy couple live together in London and shares a gorgeous Chow Chow dog named Freddy, who has his own Instagram account.
