Ulster have confirmed the signing of former Connacht winger Chay Mullins, former Munster prop Keynan Knox and Argentinian international prop Eduardo Bello.
Mullins and Bello have signed one-year deals with Knox signing a two-year contract.
The Bristol-born winger first came onto the scene as part of an historic campaign with the Ireland under-20s. Coached by Richie Murphy, now of Ulster, Ireland strutted their way to Grand Slam glory, with Mullins scoring three tries in three starts.
Despite being brought up in England, Mullins qualifies for Ireland through his family heritage, with his grandmother hailing from County Cavan. This link led to him being spotted by the IQ Rugby programme, prior to his Ireland under-20s call-up.
He was later signed into the Connacht academy in the summer of 2022, making his debut two years later, scoring a hat-trick in a win over Zebre Parma.
During his academy years with Connacht, Mullins split his time between the province and the Ireland 7s programme, as they geared up for the Olympics, where he would go on to represent Ireland alongside current Ulster winger, Zac Ward.
His raw athleticism also led to being selected on the Emerging Ireland squad back in 2022, getting on the scoresheet in the final round win over the Pumas.
The 24-year-old is a valuable addition for the province following the departure of cult hero Werner Kok at the end of his contract.

Keynan Knox will also be well known to provincial fans following his time at Munster. The prodigy prop was signed into the club’s academy off the back of an impressive schools campaign back in South Africa.
The tighthead prop made his Munster debut back in 2019 before playing 33 times for the senior squad, including eight appearances in their 2022/23 URC winning campaign.
The Irish-qualified tighthead departed the province back in 2023 to move to France where he lined out for Bourgoin, and later Nevers where he made 41 appearances for the two clubs.
30-year-old Bello has been capped 26 times for Los Pumas and played 2023 Rugby World Cup for his country.
The experienced prop signs after a stint with Newcastle Red Bulls, having previously enjoyed spells with Saracens and Zebre Parma.
