FORDE (Victoria Cross, Cork and late of Mullenaboree, Glenville): On June 21st, 2026, peacefully at Glyntown Care Centre in the presence of his loving family JAMES (former C.N.M.2 Our Lady’s Hospital) dearly loved husband of the late Mary (née O’Riordan) loving father of John Joe, Tim, Patricia (Tattan) and Anthony.

 

Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Pat, daughters-in-law Assumpta and Tara, grandchildren Muireann, Colin, David, Killian, Aisling, Darragh, Aoife, Ciarán, Eamonn, Pádraig, Donnacha and Eoghan, brother William, sisters-in-law nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; on Tuesday (June 23rd) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (June 24th) at The Sacred Heart Church, Western Road which can be viewed

here.

 

Funeral afterwards to Ard na Gaoithe Cemetery.
