Tipp, fresh from their seven-point success over Clare, will be on home turf as part of a double-header in FBD Semple Stadium.
Kilkenny edged out Waterford by a goal on Saturday and can look forward to a clash with the Tribeswomen.
Cork and Galway finished in the top two positions in Group 1 to book direct passages to the last four and could meet in the decider for the third year on the spin.
Both semi-final matches take place on Saturday, 25 July, and will be broadcast live on RTÉ television and RTÉ Player.
