It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Nessa Smyth Roe West, Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare.
Peacefully in Milford Care Centre, surrounded by her loving family on July 8, 2026.
Predeceased by her mother, Betty and her baby brother, Seamus.
Deeply missed by her daughters Dioma and Cadhla and son-in-law Cathal. Cadhla’s partner, Larry. Her father Seamus, sisters Deirdre, Sadhbh, Keelin and Aisling, brother John, brother-in-law David, and Keelin’s partner Lucas. Niece Fiadh, nephew Fionn, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and her many friends.
May Nessa’s gentle soul rest in Peace.
Nessa will repose at McMahon’s Funeral Home, Blackwater, Sunday, July 12th from 4 pm to 5.30 pm. Arriving for Funeral Mass in Mary Mother of God’s Church, Truagh, on Monday, July 13th, at 12 Noon, followed by Cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 2 pm.
