The Hisense U7SG combines excellent brightness, precise Mini-LED dimming, a remarkably fast 165Hz panel, and comprehensive gaming support in a well-rounded 65-inch television. Its anti-reflection coating and powerful HDR performance make it especially appealing for bright rooms, while Google TV and a capable 2.1.2-channel audio system strengthen its everyday versatility. The combination of Mini-LED backlighting, quantum-dot colour, and up to 3,000 local dimming zones allows the U7SG to produce bright highlights alongside comparatively deep blacks. Although it cannot achieve the per-pixel control of OLED, its much higher peak brightness makes it particularly effective for HDR content and daytime viewing. The native 165Hz panel is faster than most televisions, making it suitable for high-refresh-rate PC gaming as well as current-generation consoles. Variable refresh rate support helps minimise tearing and uneven frame delivery, while black frame insertion and motion processing can improve perceived clarity in fast-moving scenes. Hisense’s Hi-View AI Engine Pro analyses incoming content and adjusts sharpness, colour, contrast, and detail on a scene-by-scene basis. Lower-resolution broadcasts and streaming content should benefit from the processor’s upscaling, while Dolby Vision IQ can adapt HDR presentation according to ambient lighting.
The integrated 2.1.2-channel speaker system produces up to 50W and includes upward-firing channels for greater height and spatial effect. Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual, and Devialet tuning give it more capable built-in audio than a typical flat-panel television, although a dedicated soundbar or surround system will still provide greater scale and bass extension.

What we like about this Hisense 65-inch U7SG Mini-LED Google TV
High-brightness Mini-LED picture quality
The Hisense U7SG uses a Mini-LED backlight with up to 3,000 local dimming zones, allowing the television to control bright and dark areas with far greater precision than a conventional LED display. Peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits gives HDR highlights considerable impact, while improved local dimming helps preserve shadow detail and reduce blooming around bright objects.
Exceptional gaming specifications
A native 165Hz refresh rate gives the U7SG a clear advantage over the more common 120Hz and 144Hz gaming TVs. Game Booster 330 supports variable refresh rates reaching up to 330Hz under compatible conditions, while the enhanced Game Bar provides quick access to frame-rate, VRR, HDR, and other gaming settings without interrupting play.
Effective anti-reflection treatment
Hisense uses a dual-layer anti-reflection treatment to reduce glare from windows, lamps, and overhead lighting. This makes the television better suited to bright living rooms, where reflections can otherwise obscure dark scenes and reduce perceived contrast during daytime viewing.
Strong colour and HDR support
The Hi-QLED quantum-dot layer is Pantone Validated and designed to reproduce a broad, accurate colour range. Support for Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HDR10+ Adaptive, and standard HDR10 gives the television wide compatibility across streaming services, UHD Blu-rays, games, and broadcast content.
Who should buy this 65 inch TV deal?
The Hisense U7SG is aimed at viewers who want premium gaming performance and high-impact HDR without moving into the highest-priced flagship TV category. It is particularly well suited to console and PC gamers, sports fans, movie enthusiasts, and households with bright viewing environments.
