Hollywood actor Tom Cruise, popstar Robbie Williams, and US singer Jennifer Hudson are among the star-studded line-up set to perform in the World Cup closing ceremony ahead of the final.
The event will take place at New York New Jersey Stadium this Sunday, 90 minutes before kick-off, to mark the end of the 2026 international football tournament.
The show will feature performances from Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, Italian singer-songwriter Laura Pausini, and streamer IShowSpeed – with Hudson set to deliver a rendition of the US national anthem.

It will also include a special appearance by Mission: Impossible star Cruise ahead of the final match.
FIFA 2026 Chief Operating Officer Heimo Schirgi said: “Echoing the spirit of the opening ceremonies, which welcomed the world to the greatest stage in Canada, Mexico, and the United States, the closing ceremony will bring the FIFA World Cup 2026 full circle through music, culture, and football, before we kick off the highly anticipated match that will crown the champions of this groundbreaking tournament.”
The closing ceremony will take place ahead of the first-ever World Cup half-time show, which will feature performances from Madonna, Shakira, Justin Bieber, Burna Boy, and South Korean Pop boyband BTS.

The landmark performance will be curated by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
Half-time entertainment has become a major feature of sporting events in the United States, notably during the Super Bowl.
