EMINEM’S ex-wife Kim Mathers tried to take her own life before being rushed to hospital, emergency dispatch audio has revealed.
The mom-of-four, 51, was filmed being wheeled out of her home in Chesterfield, Michigan on a gurney on Saturday, per TMZ.

She was seen strapped onto a stretcher wearing a purple top and squinting her eyes after an emergency call was made from her home around 8pm.
In dispatch audio obtained by The U.S. Sun, an emergency dispatcher tells first responders they are responding to a reported “suicide attempt” at the property.

The dispatcher says the woman, who is not identified by name in the recording, is “unconscious.”
Moments later, the dispatcher adds, “The suicidal female locked herself in a room in the basement and is refusing to come out.”
A male first responder is then heard saying additional assistance would be needed to force entry and break down the door.
According to TMZ, Mather’s nephew, who is not named, was reportedly the one who made the call to emergency services.
She appears conscious in the video published by TMZ as she was loaded into an ambulance.
The hospital dash comes after Kim, who was married to the famous rapper twice, skipped court last month following two arrests for drunken driving offenses.

She was expected to show up for three hearings – including a sentencing and bond violation hearing over a February hit-and-run crash, and a probable cause conference for a May OWI (operating while under the influence) arrest.
When she failed to show up at court, two temporary bench warrants were issued for her arrest.
She later resolved the issue with the court and she was due in front of a judge in the coming weeks.
Kim first hit a Dodge Ram pickup truck on February 16 near her home while driving her white Range Rover, according to police records.
The collision was so severe the truck was thrown roughly 50 feet by the impact.
When officers arrived, they observed that Kim appeared intoxicated, noting her bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech, and the strong odor of alcohol.
A search of her vehicle also uncovered multiple open and empty alcoholic beverage containers.
She later pleaded no contest in May to operating while impaired and leaving the scene of a crash.
However, just 48 hours after entering the plea, Kim was arrested once again after allegedly striking another parked vehicle in Chesterfield Township.
Footage released by TMZ captured her struggling to speak clearly as she told officers that the bright headlights of an oncoming car had impaired her vision.
She subsequently failed field sobriety tests and recorded a 0.20 blood alcohol concentration on a breath test – almost three times the legal limit.
Despite their notoriously volatile history, Kim and Eminem — born Marshall Mathers — have put much of their past behind them.
The pair, who first married in 1999 before divorcing two years later, briefly reunited and remarried in 2006, but the reconciliation was short-lived and they split for good later that year.
Together they share daughter Hailie Jade, 30.
Eminem also helped raise Kim’s other child, Stevie Laine, 24, whose biological father has since died, and adopted Alaina, 33, the daughter of Kim’s late twin sister, Dawn, who died from a drug overdose in 2016.
Kim also has a teenage son, Parker, from a later relationship.
The former couple have attended their children’s weddings and also share grandchildren.
Over the years, Kim has been candid about her battles with addiction and depression.
She completed rehab in 2023 and was believed to have remained sober afterward.
Much of her personal life played out in the public eye through Eminem’s music, with the rapper repeatedly referencing their turbulent relationship in his lyrics.
Kim’s health scare comes just days after her ex-husband, Eminem, made a surprise appearance alongside Jay-Z during the rap icon’s concert in New York.
