The death has occurred peacefully of Paul Lynott in the great care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Oncology Unit at Sligo University Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents Martha and Thomas and brothers Michael, Tommy, Paddy and Martin.
He will be sadly missed by his sisters Maryrose, Sarah, Angeline, Maggie and Linda, his twin brother John, brothers Christopher and Frankie, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, his God daughter Jannette, in-laws, relatives, neighbours, colleagues at Sligo University Hospital and his many friends.

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Tuesday 21st July 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm.
Funeral will arrive at St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 at 11:00am for Requiem mass with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.
