It’s easy to forget, but long ago – in the distant mists of the 90s – Robbie Williams was a member of Take That. He toured with the boyband before taking the plunge and launching his own solo career in 1996.

30 years on, Robbie remains a household name for his 2000s bangers Millennium , Angels , Rock DJ . He briefly rejoined Take That in 2010, before taking off again – under more amicable circumstances than the first time around. Since the mid-2000s, Robbie has experimented with styles on dance/electro record Rudebox , plus a collab with Dizzee Rascal in 2010.

In the last 20 years, Robbie has been indulging his love of UFOs, taking a year off from music in 2007 to watch the skies in Nevada. In 2024, fans enjoyed the biopic Better Man , which explored Robbie’s life and reimagined the singer as a troubled chimpanzee, as well as a four-part documentary about Robbie’s career.
