Paul Howard and Una McClean granted leave to appeal against judgment

A case in which Revenue is chasing a landlord and his partner for judgments totalling in excess of €3m is set to go all the way to the Supreme Court.

The Revenue Commissioners secured judgments last year for €2.4m and €625,513 respectively against Dublin landlord and property developer Paul Howard and his “life and business partner” Una McClean.
