Fans would be hard-pressed to find any clues to determine which character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Sadie Sink was playing in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” based solely on her press tour wardrobe. Under the styling guidance of Molly Dickson, the “Stranger Things” alum’s promotional tour outfits have been an exercise in sartorial restraint with a designer fashion bent.

Ahead of the film’s release, Sink made one of her final press tour appearances for the movie on Wednesday night’s episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in New York City. Sink wore a crisp white dress inspired by Givenchy‘s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection, curated by creative director Sarah Burton.

The sleeveless white dress was crafted with a streamlined silhouette and was paired with a set of open-toe pumps with a statement bow. The simple design and silhouette were not dissimilar to Sink’s pared back look from the film’s Los Angeles premiere.

The actress wore a custom design by Prada for Monday night’s event. The halter dress was crafted in a sleek satin fabric with a plunging neckline and a low back. The sole embellishments on the dress were the small metallic silver beads that cascaded down the piece running in parallel lines.
Both the Prada and Givenchy dresses served as contrasts to Sink’s first press tour look — a custom design courtesy of Maison Margiela. Sink wore a bordeaux-toned satin midi dress with a plunging neckline that revealed a black garment beneath, a slight nod to the 2024 peekaboo bra layering trend worn by Kristen Stewart, Sydney Sweeney and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, among others.

The dress, which was paired with a set of white Maison Margiela pumps, included gathered fabric below the waist and lace trim detailing at the neckline and midi hem for added touches of femininity and fabric contrast.
Indeed, each of Sink’s red carpet and promotional tour looks for “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” catered to a subdued, restrained approach that prioritized modern comfort and ease. Sink’s wardrobe was quite the contrast to co-star Zendaya’s, who, with the collaboration of Law Roach, favored outfits and dresses with a method dressing bent to pay homage to the film.

“Spider-Man: Brand New Day” follows Peter Parker’s titular hero, played by Tom Holland, navigating a world in which he’s been completely forgotten, only to come face-to-face with a new adversary in an effort to save the ones he loves. The film is now in theaters.
