KATSEYE fans finally have an answer about whether Manon Bannerman will appear in the group’s upcoming documentary, “KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS.”
Lara Raj confirmed that Manon is included in the film despite her months-long hiatus from the group.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the documentary’s Los Angeles premiere on August 4, Lara said Manon remains an important part of KATSEYE’s story and will appear in the finished movie.
“She will forever be such an integral part of the journey of KATSEYE, and of course she’s included in the film,” Lara said. She added that the group was happy to see Manon’s presence in the project and believed fans would be excited.
The confirmation comes as KATSEYE prepares to release its new EP, “WILD,” while the documentary gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at the group as it prepares for major career milestones.
“KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS” is scheduled for a limited theatrical release on August 12.
Manon’s absence from recent group activities had prompted questions from fans, particularly as the documentary’s release approached. The group previously addressed her hiatus in an Allure cover story, explaining that her well-being remained the priority.
Sophia Laforteza said at the time that the members did not want to rush Manon or make assumptions about her return, emphasizing that the door remained open.
“We love her and the fans love her,” Sophia said, while asking supporters to continue showing Manon patience, love and support.
The premiere itself was missing another KATSEYE member. Sophia was unable to attend because she was ill, according to Lara, who said Sophia was resting and recovering.
Sophia had also withdrawn from KATSEYE’s scheduled appearance at the Hinterland Music Festival in Iowa, with the group announcing that she would not perform because of her illness.
Daniela Avanzini, Lara, Megan Skiendiel and Yoonchae performed as scheduled.
With Manon confirmed to appear in “KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS,” fans will now get a chance to see the group’s sixth member on screen even as questions remain about her future activities with KATSEYE.
