A$AP Rocky has revealed that his partner Rihanna is “in the studio right now” working on new music.
The BBC reports that the rapper made his comments in an interview on The Jason Lee Show podcast on Wednesday.
Singer Rihanna – whose real name is Robyn Fenty – released her last full-length album, Anti, in 2016.
During the podcast interview, A$AP Rocky – whose real name is Rakim Myers – denied that he and Rihanna would work on a double album together.
He apologised on-air to Rihanna for revealing that she was working on new music, adding that he would “get in trouble for this”.
A$AP Rocky also refused to comment on whether he and Rihanna had married.
A nine-time Grammy Award winner, Rihanna has 14 number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US, including We Found Love, Work, Umbrella, and Disturbia.
She founded the makeup brand Fenty Beauty in 2017.
A$AP Rocky began his career in 2011 with the hip-hop collective ASAP Mob and released his first studio album, Live, Love, A$AP, in 2013, when it debuted at number one.
He has been nominated for a number of Grammys and recently starred alongside Denzel Washington in Spike Lee’s Highest 2 Lowest.
The couple have three children together.
