Orla downplays her connection with prisoner Danny in Sunday’s Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
She is regularly visiting the prison because she is working on a heritage programme with the prisoners.
In Sunday’s episode, Kira starts teasing Orla about her visits.
“His name’s Danny,” says Orla angrily.
“First-name terms, is it?” asks Kira.
“Yes, Kira, with all of them,” replies Orla.
“So, what, are you getting the hots for old Danny boy?” smiles Kira.
