Traffic restrictions and road closures in place for Kenmare Fair Day

Traffic restriction and road closures will be in place in Kenmare this weekend for the annual Fair Day.

It takes place on Saturday (August 15th) in the town centre, which will be closed to traffic from 8am until 7pm.

Kenmare Garda Station says there will be no vehicular access to Henry Street and Main Street.

Diversions will be in place and signposted; and motorists will be facilitated via the Pat Scarteen (link) road.

Gardaí say a one-way system will be in operation on Park Place to facilitate this.
