The Danish retailer is coming to Galway
The Danish retailer Normal have announced the opening date for their new Galway location.
It was recently announced that the chain would be coming to Eyre Square.
They have now announced the date for their grand opening and have announced a giveaway to celebrate.
The shop is set to open on Wednesday September 2.
In a post to their Instagram they announced that they have 1,000 goodie bags to giveaway to customers.
Also on offer are 10 €30 gift cards for the first ten people in line on September 2.
There will also be a competition to guess the total value of a pallet full of products and the person who guesses the closest wins the lot.
The popular chain is known for offering well-known brands for low prices.
This includes skincare, makeup, haircare and personal care products to household essentials, snacks, drinks and much more.
It will be the Danish brand’s fifth Irish location as they are already based in Cork, Mullingar and have two stores in Dublin.
In a statement when they first announced they were coming to Galway, the retailer said: “We’re excited to announce that NORMAL is opening at Eyre Square Shopping Centre.
“The popular Danish retailer is known for offering well-known brands at surprisingly low prices, with everything from skincare, makeup, haircare and personal care products to household essentials, snacks, drinks and much more.
