Prime Video has unveiled the next 10 comedians bracing themselves for an unruly challenge in Last One Laughing UK season 3!
The brand new series, hosted by Jimmy Carr, will see a fresh group of comics fight for the Last One Laughing trophy – and there’s a familiar face or two.
Taking on the challenge is Lee Mack, Katherine Ryan, Harry Hill, Katherine Parkinson, Michelle de Swarte, Jon Richardson, Morgana Robinson, Josh Jones, plus Richard Ayoade returns after narrowly missing out on winning in season 1.
In addition, for season 3, Roisin Conaty will swap out the comfort of Jimmy’s control room to enter as a contestant. Mel Giedroyc will step in as Jimmy’s deputy!

As ever, Jimmy Carr challenges 10 of Britain’s funniest comics to spend the day together without so much as a giggle. The rules are simple: laugh and you’re out.
Over the course of the series, the comedians will use every ounce of their talents to try and break their opponents without cracking up themselves. But they’ll also have to watch out for comedy cameos, format twists and surprises designed to lure laughs from the players.
The new series will launch in 2027, but there’s plenty more action to come with a Halloween special on the way later this year.
The four-parter – which launches on Friday 23 October – features comedians Jack Dee, Phil Wang, Reece Shearsmith, Harriet Dyer, Tom Allen and season 1 returnees Lou Sanders and Daisy May Cooper. The first three episodes will drop on 23 October followed by the final on 30 October.
