On August 28th 2026, peacefully at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Madeline Fitzgibbon, brothers Michael and Frank.
Sadly missed by his wife Claire, daughter Lisa, sons Darren, Patrick and David, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, wide circle of friends and neighbours.

Funeral will arrive on Tuesday, September 1st, at St. John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, for Requiem Mass at 12.30 pm, followed by Burial in Old Mungret Cemetery, Mungret, Co Limerick.
Patrick’s family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff of University Hospital Limerick and Milford Care Centre for their exceptional care and support throughout Patrick’s illness.
