JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Rapper Afroman took the stage Monday night at Johnstown’s Stonebridge Brewing Company as part of his ‘Freedom of Speech’ tour.
The tour earned its name from the lawsuit that has earned the rapper recent notoriety, after he was sued in civil court by the police who raided his Ohio home.
Afroman had made a music video using his own home surveillance footage, mocking the police on-screen.
The rapper won his case on first amendment grounds, leading to the celebratory tour.
