The ex-partner of Donegal reality TV star Nathan Gallagher has spoken publicly about a “tough season” as she focuses on healing and rebuilding her life with their young son.
Sydney native Gael Cameron, who appeared alongside Gallagher on Below Deck Mediterranean, thanked supporters in an emotional message shared on Instagram.
Her comments come as Gallagher remains wanted by police in Australia after failing to appear in court on domestic violence charges, while US network Bravo has confirmed it does not plan to work with the Burtonport man again.
Cameron, 30, said she had spent recent months quietly trying to move forward.
“Hey guys I just want to say thank you so much for all the support you’ve shown Kayden and I,” she posted.
“It’s been a tough season but I have been using the past few months to quietly heal and rebuild for little man and myself.
“I really appreciate the love you have sent our way especially with everything that’s come to light and I’m really working on finding myself and moving forward.”
Cameron did not specifically address Gallagher’s arrest warrant in the post.

The pair first met while working as deckhands on Season 9 of Bravo’s Below Deck Mediterranean in 2024.
They continued to appear on the programme in subsequent seasons, with scenes from the current Season 11 featuring their son Kayden shortly after his birth in June 2025.
Cameron’s message came shortly after Bravo confirmed it had cut ties with Gallagher.
“Bravo does not plan on working with Nathan in the future,” a spokesperson for the network said.

Gallagher is not expected to be edited out of the current season, which was filmed last summer.
The decision follows the issuing of an arrest warrant for the 28-year-old in New South Wales.
Gallagher failed to attend Burwood Local Court, where prosecutors told the court he was believed to be offshore.
NSW Police subsequently released Gallagher’s mugshot as part of a public appeal to locate him.

Gallagher has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm; intentionally choking a person without consent; and common assault.
He was convicted of all three offences in his absence and a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
Gallagher had previously been arrested at a unit complex in Melrose Park on Saturday 27th December 2025.
Gallagher has since issued a statement to Rolling Stone in which he argued that the full circumstances surrounding the case had not been publicly reported.
“I’m willing to respond because I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened,” he said.
Gallagher said he had video footage, messages and other records which he believed provided additional context.
“I have kept the evidence and will deal with it through the appropriate channels,” he said.
Gallagher is also wanted in Ireland in connection with a separate assault charge.
Donegal Daily previously established that a live bench warrant was issued at Dungloe District Court on 8th April 2025 after Gallagher failed to appear.
He is charged with assaulting another man and causing him harm at Main Street, Dungloe, on 7th August 2022.
That charge is contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997 and remains before the courts.
Anyone with information on Gallagher’s whereabouts has been urged by NSW Police not to approach him and to contact police immediately.
