Five Mayo recipients across the county have been awarded funding under the Arts Grant Funding Scheme.
It is part of a national €17.2m investment announced today by Minister for Culture, Communications, and Sport Patrick O’Donovan.
The largest recipient in County Mayo is The Performance Corporation, which has received just under €160,000.
Four other organisations, Achill Heinrich Boll Association, Custom House Studios Ltd, The Ballinglen Arts Foundation, and Westport Jazz, also received funding – bringing the total amount of funding given to organisations in the county to over €300,000.
