Coronation Street spoilers follow from Thursday’s episode (10 September), which is available to watch now on ITVX and YouTube but hasn’t aired on ITV1 yet.
Coronation Street has revealed whether Jodie Ramsey has been stirring the pot as she visits Sarah Platt in prison. Following the revelation to viewers that Sarah’s daughter Bethany slept with recent ex Kit Green, yesterday’s episode saw Jodie overhear their secret.
The scheming character also recorded their conversation, meaning she has fuel to potentially blow things up if revealed to Sarah.

In tonight’s (10 September) episode, which is available to stream now on ITVX and YouTube, Kit is anxious about Bethany’s upcoming visit to her mum, worried she could accidentally reveal their secret. Bethany is then suspicious when Jodie rings up to book last minute at the salon.
Later on at the appointment, Jodie remarks how lucky Sarah is to have Bethany “holding the fort” and “taking care of the man in her life”, before she clarifies to an anxious-looking Bethany that she means Harry.
“It can be so easy to take [family] for granted and forget where your loyalties should lie,” she continues to push, before Jodie reveals that she will be visiting Sarah in prison today too, leaving Bethany worried.
Bethany anxiously tells Kit of her suspicions that Jodie knows, while during the visit, Jodie apologises for hitting Sarah and wants to put things behind them, though tells Sarah that she “owes” her before revealing there is something else she should be aware of.

While viewers aren’t shown what she shares, Bethany subsequently sees her mum, who takes her to task for a secret Jodie told her. Thinking it was the affair, Bethany is then told by Sarah that she was informed that Kit was moving out, clearly relieved that Jodie didn’t share the truth.
However, after expressing guilt for putting the burden at home on her, Sarah notices Bethany looks anxious.
Later on, Bethany goes over to see Jodie, pressing her on what she is up to, though Jodie claims she is just wanting to be friends, stirring the pot again by saying that while she “hurt” Sarah, one shouldn’t “do that to family”.
Yet a big twist comes when the doorbell rings, Jodie shocked to see that her father has turned up.
